In case of problems with the lifts the below mentioned persons from the house can emergency

For further actions please use the emergency button in the lifts: Touch the button for 5 seconds to

achieve a connection. Please do not block the doors or force the doors open as this may

damage the lift.


Location of waste containers

In the waste room located in the basement of each building block, you will find dumpsters for

respectively

- Used bottles, glass, and cans

- Used batteries

- Cardboard and paper

The dumpsters must be used for their intended purpose only and the above types of waste must not

be dumped in the waste shaft.

If at any time you are relocating out of the apartment please leave the aluminium nameplate outside

the door in place. The letters can be replaced.

The house-owners association will replace nametags in intercom and mailboxes. Please provide

names via the house-owners association’s e-mail address.

Remote controls for parking gates

If you want multiple remote controls for the gates to the indoor parking lot, they can be purchased at

the gate supplier. Please note there are two different systems/suppliers.

Keys

If more keys are needed, please contact Solveig Elstrøm or Asger L. Hansen.

Purchase of several keys must be approved, because it is a closed locking system.

Tokens must be purchased from the supplier. They must be programmed to suit our system; this is

carried out by Asger L. Hansen from the board of the house-owners association.
